Laurie Lee Dovey of Professional Outdoor Media Association comments. The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments today in a case that could mean felony charges or jail time for any journalist, photographer or magazine publisher that takes, sells or publishes images of hunting, fishing and trapping. Ginny Simone speaks with Dovey after the oral arguments of the U.S. v. Stevens trial about the ongoing fight to protect free speech and the First Amendment. She says that Mr. Stevens has been fighting this battle since 2005, not just for himself, but for all Americans.
