"The right to keep and bear arms is more important than ever," Scott Bach, President of the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, tells Cam Edwards regarding the police layoffs in Trenton, New Jersey. Despite an upswing in violent crime, 100 of the 353 police officers in the Garden State capital city are being laid off.
