Last year, when anti-gun Governor Ed Rendell was in office, Castle Doctrine legislation that would allow citizens the right to use force, even deadly force, to defend themselves without a "duty to retreat," passed the legislature with overwhelming support but was vetoed in the last step. So far this year, Senate Bill 273 has passed the Senate with a 45-4 vote, and the House has passed a companion bill out of committee. Cam Edwards speaks with State Senator Richard Alloway who says he thinks Governor Tom Corbett will side with the people and sign this bill into law when it reaches his desk. Originally aired 3/8/2011.
