Chairman of Firearm Owners Against Crime (FOAC) Kim Stolfer talks to Cam Edwards about the status of local lost-or-stolen ordinances in Pennsylvania, which require gun owners to report missing firearms or face potential legal consequences. Stolfer says that many ordinances have been quietly coming up for consideration, giving Second Amendment supporters little opportunity to participate in the political process. However, there are signs of growing opposition to the ordinances, and the borough council of Hatboro has now rejected the resolution which they had considered sending to the state legislature on a statewide lost-or-stolen policy.
