The Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee has passed House Bill 40 by a 13-1 vote. House Bill 40 is Castle Doctrine legislation that would permit law-abiding citizens to use force, including deadly force, against an attacker in their home and any place outside of their home where they have a legal right to be, and lawmakers have been working for years to get this law passed. Cam Edwards speaks with Pennsylvania State Senator Richard Alloway who says the bill will go to a floor vote quickly and should be on the governor's desk within 10 days. Originally aired 6/14/2011.
