Pennington: 2009 Meetings

A Canadian citizen talks about gun laws in his country versus the U.S. Richard Pennington sits down with Cam Edwards at the 2009 Annual Meetings in Phoenix, Arizona, along with his Utah, New Hampshire, Maine and Pennsylvania Right-to-Carry licenses. He laments that his own government will not trust him with this right though he has been collecting firearms, instructing and shooting competitively since he was 18 years old. His Canadian Federal Firearms License only allows possession and acquisition"-meaning he can take his guns to the range or keep them at home, but nothing else.
