"Insights" is scheduled for February 3, 2011 on PBS Hawaii, featuring a panel that will discuss the firearms carry permit process, compare Hawaii's laws to that of other states, and discuss the Second Amendment as a whole. The panel will also field calls from listeners who wish to join the discussion on state gun control laws. Bill Richter, Director of the Hawaii Rifle Association, will be part of this panel along with Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney Keith Kaneshiro, anti-gun former U.S. Congressman Ed Case, and Dean of the University of Hawaii School of Law, Avi Soifer. Richter talks with Cam Edwards about the upcoming program and his preparations for dealing with the anti-gun opposition on air. Originally aired 2/2/2011.
