Andy McDonald discusses the program at the NRA Veterans Day event. John Popp catches up to the managing director of shooting sports for the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) at the NRA Range to discuss the history, background and operations of the organization. McDonald explains that the PVA began in 1946 after WWII with veteran suffering from spinal injury or disease, and they are now congressionally chartered with 19,000 members and 34 chapters across the country.
