Another Pennsylvania mayor considers this gun control measure. Cam Edwards speaks with Kim Stolfer of Firearm Owners Against Crime (FOAC) about Aliquippa, PA Mayor Anthony Battalini's consideration of a new ordinance requiring residents to report lost or stolen firearms within 72 hours of the incident. Violators would be subject to fines or even jail time if they fail to notice that a firearm is missing after a crime against them. Stolfer explains why this law will only affect law-abiding citizens.
