Erie becomes the 9th Pennsylvania city to pass this local law. Cam Edwards talks to Kim Stolfer of Firearm Owners Against Crime (FOAC) about the bad news and what this means for law-abiding gun owners in PA. The Lost or Stolen Gun Ordinance in Erie and other cities requires that gun owners report their firearm stolen to police within three days after they discover it missing. Failure to do so can result in a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail for repeat offenders. Stolfer says these mayors appear to be trying to strong arm state legislatures into passing a statewide lost or stolen gun policy.
