City ordinance requires incidents to be reported within 72 hours. Cam Edwards speaks with Kim Stolfer of Pennsylvania's Firearm Owners Against Crime (FOAC) about a law in Clairton that will punish firearms owners with fines or jail time if they fail to report lost or stolen guns within three days.
