Despite the best efforts of anti-gunners to obstruct or bury Pennsylvania House Bill 40, the legislation was passed by a 159-38 vote and now heads to the Senate floor. House Bill 40, the 'Castle Doctrine Bill,' would permit law-abiding citizens to use force, including deadly force, against an attacker in their homes and any places outside of their home where they have a legal right to be. Cam Edwards speaks with State Representative Scott Perry (R-92) about the recent victory in the Pennsylvania House. Originally aired 10/5/2010.
