Senate Bill 273, Castle Doctrine legislation that would allow Pennsylvania citizens the right to use force, even deadly force, to defend themselves without the duty to retreat has been passed in the senate by a 45-5 vote. The bill now heads to Governor Tom Corbett's desk to be signed into law. Cam Edwards speaks with State Senator Richard Alloway about the success of this bill and about his new legislation for state preemption laws that will be proposed this session as well.
