After a long struggle to pass legislation that will recognize the right of Pennsylvania citizens to use force, including deadly force, to protect themselves, the PA Castle Doctrine Bill is finally heading to Governor Rendell's desk to be signed. The House originally passed the legislation, sent it to the Senate where it was amended into a "clean, pro-gun bill," and then it returned to the House for a concurrence vote. Cam Edwards speaks with State Senator Richard Alloway who reports that the vote was a success. Originally aired 11/15/2010.
