Otis McDonald, the plaintiff in the landmark Supreme Court case McDonald v. City of Chicago, addresses the crowd at the 2011 Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day (iGOLD) about the continuing fight for Second Amendment rights in the state of Illinois. He talks about the battle to give Illinois citizens the right to carry guns in their homes and says the next fight needs to be to allow them the right to carry concealed firearms for personal protection. He also talks about several other pieces of firearms legislation that will be heard this session. Originally aired 3/14/2011.
