On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Grand Island, Nebraska where Roy Scott Fritts, Jr., 33, allegedly stole a vehicle. Fritts is wanted in Oregon for jumping his June 5 parole. He was released despite only serving 10 years for two counts of aggravated attempted assault (against police officers) and two counts of using a weapon to commit a felony. Upon his release, Fritts missed his check-in with the parole officer on July 14, only six weeks from the time he was out of prison. Originally aired 8/11/2011.
