The Oregon House has voted in favor of House Bill 2792, right-to-carry reciprocity legislation that would allow law-abiding citizens with concealed carry permits from other states to carry their firearms legally in Oregon. The bill now heads to the Senate. Cam Edwards speaks with Oregon State Representative Wayne Krieger who says they have been working to pass this legislation for over 11 years. Right now Oregon does not have carry reciprocity with any other state. Originally aired 3/22/2011.
