NE lobbyist Jordan Austin urges citizens to write in opposition. Austin tells Cam Edwards that the city is not protected by state pre-emption laws, and that the ordinance, if passed by the Omaha City Council, would require gun stores or pawn shops to fingerprint anyone who sells a used firearm to the establishment. At last week's Omaha City Council hearing, the proposal was tabled for three weeks for further review.
