House Bill 1652, legislation that would allow concealed carry permit holders to lock their firearms in their vehicles on technology center (or vo-tech) campuses and parking lots set aside for use by governmental entities and professional sporting events, has passed the House vote 75-5. Cam Edwards speaks with Oklahoma State Representative John Enns about the victory, though Enns explains that time is still short to pass the legislation through the senate. Originally aired 5/17/2011.
