Chairman of the Buckeye Firearms Association Jim Irvine talks to John Popp and Cameron Gray about the announcement that the Ohio Supreme Court will hear oral arguments pertaining to City of Cleveland v. State of Ohio. The case results from Cleveland suing the state in an attempt to strike down Ohio's preemption law, which would prohibit cities from enacting most forms of gun control. The NRA is one of the organizations submitting an amicus curiae brief in favor of Ohio's position. Irvine also gives a brief analysis of upcoming elections in the state. Originally aired 8/17/2010.
