Ohio Senate Bill 17, legislation that would allow permit holders to carry a firearm for self-defense in a restaurant that serves alcohol and eliminate the current confusing standards of carrying a firearm in a motor vehicle, has passed the state House by a 56-39 vote. The bill now heads to Governor John Kasich for approval. Cam Edwards speaks with Ohio State Senator Tim Schaffer, sponsor of the bill, about the good news. Originally aired 6/16/2011.
