The Senate Judiciary on Criminal Justice Committee in Ohio has heard Senate Bill 239, legislation that would allow citizens who hold a valid concealed handgun license (CHL) to carry a firearm in restaurants that serve alcohol so long as they are not drinking alcoholic beverages themselves. The bill would also reduce restrictions regarding the transport of firearms in a licensed carry holder's private vehicle. Linda Walker of the Buckeye Firearms Association joins Cam Edwards to discuss the hearing and the details of this important legislation.
