The Senate Judiciary - Criminal Justice Committee in Ohio will hear more testimony on Senate Bill 239, legislation that would make numerous pro-gun improvements to the state's gun laws. S.B. 239 would eliminate the current confusing standards of carrying a firearm in a motor vehicle and would also allow permit holders to carry a firearm for self-defense in a restaurant that serves alcohol, provided they are not consuming. Derek DeBrosse, the General Council for Ohioans for Concealed Carry, speaks to Cam Edwards about the bill.
