Two dead, man with an electronic ankle bracelet turns himself in. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Pennsylvania where a convicted felon has turned himself in for the murder of a Penn Hills police officer and a local woman. Ronald Robinson, 32, was convicted in 2005 as a felon in possession of a firearm, and he was paroled two days after his minimum sentence date was reached. Had he served his full sentence, he would still be in jail and Patrolman Michael Crawshaw and Danyal Morton might still be alive.
