President Barack Obama has announced an agreement that will open U.S. highways to Mexican trucks. Congress still has to approve the measure, but Joe Rajkovacz, Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, tells Cam Edwards that it is "a betrayal of small business truckers in the United States." He explains that Mexico is using an "economic blackmail" in placing illegal tariffs on American goods. Rather than fight the taxes, the Obama Administration has decided to open America's roads.
