On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Brooklyn, New York where State Senator Kevin Parker was sentenced the three years probation and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution for damaging the car and camera of a journalist whom the senator had "scuffled" with when the man had tried to take his picture. The senator was acquitted of a charge of felony assault, which would have carried a 7-year sentence. Sen. Parker has reportedly been in 8 such "scuffles" as this one, with traffic officers, journalists, staff members and fellow senators. He has been ordered to attend an anger management class.
