In Nassau County, New York, an Eastern District judge ruled that the police wrongfully confiscated firearms owned by Gabriel Razzano. The ordeal began when Mr. Razzano visited Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy's office. Shortly after the visit, police raided his home, confiscating his firearms including nine rifles and shotguns that require no license to buy or own. Razzano still has to wait 30 days to find out when he can get his guns back. Ginny Simone speaks with Robert La Reddola, Razzano's attorney, who says the judge is now requiring that Nassau County implement new safeguards to protect the rights of gun owners in the future.
