Cam Edwards speaks with NRA Range Engineer Joe Ducosta at the 2010 National Matches in Camp Perry, OH. In his 27th year on the job, Ducosta is responsible for the construction and the striking of all the ranges used at the NRA National Outdoor Rifle & Pistol Championships. He explains that he employs a hard-working team of 59 young men and women aged 14 and up who will sometimes work 80-90 hours a week during their 6-7 summers on the job. Ducosta says that while the work is complicated and the load is heavy, the teenagers who work for him have an excellent work ethic and often save lots of money for college. Originally aired 7/12/2010.
