NRA-ILA Wisconsin State Liaison Brent Gardner talks to Cam Edwards about the NRA's objections to the "Emergency Rules" that lawmakers have tacked on to Wisconsin's new Right-to-Carry law. These measures include a mandate requiring a minimum of four hours of training with signed certificates of completion as well as the reciprocity of the law once in effect. Through a strongly worded letter from Chris W. Cox, the NRA has made clear that the dispute with state Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen is far from over. Originally aired 10/24/2011.
