Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel speaks with Cam Edwards about the many gun rights cases underway for the NRA and the California Rifle and Pistol Association. In the next 6-8 months, Michel anticipates a "flurry of decisions" to be handed down for cases such as Parker v. California challenging A.B. 962 which restricts the shipment of handgun ammunition, Center for Biological Diversity v. U.S. Bureau of Land Management, et al. contesting the faulty science being used to support a ban proposal on lead ammunition, Nordyke v. King which will determine whether self-defense rights apply outside of the home and Jackson v. City of San Francisco contesting a vague ordinance restricting something called "offensive ammunition" (as opposed to "defensive ammunition"). Originally aired 1/7/2011.
