U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings, a judge with a generally pro-Second Amendment record, surprisingly threw out a lawsuit filed by the NRA challenging the restriction on 18-20-year-olds to purchase handguns. Ginny Simone speaks with David Thompson, NRA attorney, who explains that 18-20-year-olds are legally allowed to own handguns and therefore should be legally allowed to purchase them. The NRA is appealing Judge Cummings's decision. Originally aired 9/30/2011.
