Two stories showing justice is blind to all kinds of criminals. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares two different easy breaks for repeat offenders. First, a Wisconsin woman receives jail time for the first time though she has racked up six felonies, eight misdemeanors and at least 10 ordinance violations since 1990, including fraud and drug smuggling. Then, Patrick Tracy Burris, believed to be responsible for the deaths of five South Carolinians since his release from prison in April, is shot dead in North Carolina. Officials say he should not have been out on the street in the first place given his 25-page rap sheet and repeated parole violations.
