Dr. Larry Rudolph, the chief communications officer of Safari Club International, joins Cam Edwards to discuss the arctic polar bear and its position on the endangered species lists. Scientists listed the bears as endangered when an avian biologist took pictures of "white blobs" in the ocean that appeared to be drowned polar bears. Rudolph says that by disallowing hunting of the polar bear, villages in the arctic are being robbed of revenue from American hunters. Beckner also says that the hunting tags for the bears will be filled whether or not American hunters are allowed to participate so no bears are being spared. Originally aired 11/1/11.
