On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Hurley, New Mexico where Joshua Padilla, 19, has pleaded guilty to accessory to shooting from or into a motor vehicle and accessory to abandonment/abuse to a child. As part of his plea deal, Padilla will be placed on probation for three years and receive either a suspended or deferred sentence or a conditional discharge. This is the second time he has been charged with a shooting incident in the past two years. Originally aired 2/20/2012.
