A federal court judge in Newark, New Jersey has ruled that the right to carry a handgun for self-defense does not extend outside the home. The decision came after six gun owners challenged the state law requiring that residents prove "justifiable need" to obtain a handgun carry permit-a condition that has essentially made it impossible for such a license to be issued. Ginny Simone speaks with Scott Bach of the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs (ANJRPC) who says anti-gun judges across the country are trying to limit the Heller and McDonald decisions.
