In New Jersey, Attorney General Paula Dow says she will move to dismiss the lawsuit that six private citizens filed last month, challenging the state's outrageous "justifiable need" standard for gun permits. In her brief, Dow claims that this requirement is needed to "protect the public from law-abiding citizens legally carrying a firearm." Ginny Simone speaks with Scott Bach, President of the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, who says the AG's decision clearly shows her office has no intention of respecting the Second Amendment.
