The Senate Codes Committee in Albany has passed Senate Bill 4397, legislation that would ban the sale of all semi-automatic handguns not equipped with micro-stamping technology. Ginny Simone speaks with Tom King of the New York Rifle & Pistol Association about this bad news and the flawed, costly technology that it would impose on the gun industry. To make things worse, the bill is now headed to the full floor to be voted on at the call of the Majority Leader, so gun owners can waste no time making their voices heard among New York lawmakers.
