Dave Adams provides an update on changes for Virginia gun laws. Adams, president of the Virginia Shooting Sports Association (VSSA), joins Cam & Co. by phone to report that two new laws have taken effect in his state, one that clearly allows the required training for concealed carry permits to be taken electronically, and one that allows retired law-enforcement officers to forego additional training to obtain a concealed-carry permit after their service. Also, Isle of Wight County is about to review, and likely repeal, their unlawful city ordinance that bars concealed weapons in parks and recreational facilities in opposition with state and federal law.
