This is not the first time Massachusetts has tried to push legislation that would limit the purchase of firearms to one per household per 30-day period, but the 2011 versions of the One Gun a Month bills are especially twisted. Cam Edwards speaks with Jim Wallace of the Gun Owners Action League (GOAL) who says House Bill 2838 and the companion Senate Bill 1202 include a labyrinthine process of red tape for gun owners to even be able to purchase the one gun a month they would be allowed.
