A New Jersey judge has announced that he will issue a long-overdue gun permit to Jeffrey Muller, 61. Muller, the owner of J&G Pet Foods, was kidnapped last January, tasered and tied up by criminals who mistook him for a different Jeffrey Muller. Fearing for his life after his ordeal and because of his involvement in the upcoming trial, Muller requested a concealed carry permit, but two judges turned him down in the past claiming that he did not have "justifiable need." Cam Edwards speaks with NJ Attorney Evan Nappen who says that perhaps it made a difference when Muller filed a federal lawsuit naming the judges who were turning him down personally.
