New Hampshire firearms attorney Penny Dean talks to Cam Edwards about a defeat of Second Amendment rights in the state legislature. House Bill 1693, which would have repealed a gun ban in the Statehouse instituted by the Legislative Facilities Committee, lost 191-167 in a vote in the House. Dean points out that this was a roll-call vote, which means that representatives who opposed the bill or failed to vote can be held accountable in the next election. In other news, the legislature will consider House Bill 160, which would state that the defensive display of a firearm in order to deter a threat is not a criminal act.
