The New Hampshire Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on a Constitutional Carry Bill that would allow law-abiding citizens to carry concealed firearms without obtaining a special permit, though gun owners could still obtain a permit for the purposes of reciprocity in other states. The House has already passed the legislation. Cam Edwards speaks with Evan Nappen, General Counsel for Pro-Gun New Hampshire, who says the logic behind this bill is simple: if you can keep it, you can bear it. Originally aired 4/18/2011.
