Today the newly elected U.S. Congresspersons were sworn in to office, and Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi handed the gavel over to Representative John Boehner, who vowed in his speech to "give the government back to the people" as Speaker of the House. Tomorrow, the Constitution will be read at the opening of the session, marking a new era, as the 112th Congress convenes, and a return to America's founding principles. Ginny Simone speaks with NRA Second Vice President Jim Porter who says the reading is a reminder that American voters sent a clear message in November, and their new representatives were listening.
