The National Rifle Association joined the Calguns Foundation, The Folsom Shooting Club, the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) and two individual truck drivers in the lawsuit OOIDA v. Lindley challenging California's soon-to-be-implemented law banning most shipments of handgun ammunition in the state. Cam Edwards speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel about the case and the undue burdens that would be placed on truck drivers and shipping companies when A.B. 962 goes into effect. Under the new law, these parties will be responsible for assessing whether recipients are exempt from the ammunition ban when delivering to the Golden State.
