The Nevada Assembly Judiciary Committee is slated to hold a policy hearing for Assembly Bill 143, legislation that would tighten the Nevada Revised Statutes to ensure Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit holders' confidentiality and streamline the permit process. Under current laws, applicants are protected, but the identities of permit holders are public record. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA-ILA Nevada State Liaison Carrie Herbertsen about the bill.
