On this edition of The Liberty Update, Tim Lee, Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Center For Individual Freedom (CFIF), joins Cam Edwards to discuss CFIF's response to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) proposal and the first year of the Obama presidency. Lee explains that the FCC's "Net Neutrality" proposal is essentially "ObamaCare for the internet" because it turns a private market into a public utility while sacrificing both the economy and freedom by turning the virtual market place over to government regulation and management. Lee also discusses President Obama's record-breaking popularity decline in the polls of his first year.
