On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from McDowell County, North Carolina where Jeremy Mark Deyton has pleaded guilty to assault with a deadly weapon. Deyton, 24, was speeding behind Bryan Grant, 36, in his vehicle. Thinking the driver behind him had an emergency, Grant pulled off the road to get out of the way. Deyton pulled in behind Grant, however, the two men exited their vehicles, exchanged words and then Deyton shot Grant in the knee. For this, he will not serve a day in jail. Deyton was sentenced to a 75-day suspended sentence and supervised probation for 36 months. Originally aired 4/11/2011.
