On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Tennessee where local news questions why felons such as Anthony Ussery, 30, have been deemed ideal candidates for a new computerized phone-in parole system. Ussery has been convicted of manslaughter in the shooting death of a man in a Nashville Kroger parking lot, beating his ex-girlfriend, possessing cocaine and when he was released on parole, he had six arrests in his first 2.5 years of supervision.
