On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards reports that Marc Bradford, Jr. of Humboldt, Tennessee was almost denied a plea deal by the judge after becoming belligerent during his hearing. Bradford was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Burnest Bachelor III, but even after his outburst he was given the opportunity to plead guilty to reduced charges. The mandatory life sentence that Bradford would have faced was thus reduced to twelve years, and he is eligible for release after serving only 30% of this sentence.
