Insufficient exemptions, unclear terms and ineffective crime control. Cam Edwards speaks with Bob Viden. NRA Board Member and New Jersey firearms retailer, about the continuing problems with the New Jersey "One Gun A Month" law signed in by Governor Jon Corzine. Viden reports that the exemptions passed for collectors, competitors and retailers are not sufficiently inclusive. Moreover, no retailers or dealers have been notified as to how to enforce the law, which only affects law-abiding gun owners and retailers. Viden asks that gun owners in his state contact their legislators and request that this shoddy piece of legislation be entirely repealed.
